New Exhibit: A Sampler of Needlework

Hello Friends of the Arts!

The Kirksville Arts Association is proud to announce our new exhibit: A Sampler of Needlework!

This exhibit has over 90 pieces of a variety of Needlework, with some dating back to the mid-1800s. There are also a variety of ethnic pieces brought to us via collectors.

This exhibit will be open until April 1st, with a closing reception on March 30 from 5:30 to 7 PM. Come enjoy refreshments and wonderful art displays!

Reminder that Kirksville Arts is hosting a timeless classic again this year:

A Tea to Remember!

The tea this year will be hosted at the Sue Ross Arts Center on Sunday, April 23rd, 2023. The tea will run from 2PM to 4PM, and tickets are $25 per person.

Tickets can be purchased at the Sue Ross Arts Center, located at 215 S Franklin St. in Kirksville! Gallery hours are M-F 11-4PM, and Saturdays 10-2 PM.

The tea will include savories, sweets, and table inspirations!

Grab your tickets today! You can choose which table to sit at, or you can let us choose for you!

Our table hosts this year are: Linda Treasure, Janie Theobald, Karen Mayhew, Dwight Buckingham, Julia Edgar, Daryl Shafer, Alie Fast, Joanne Jackson, Debbie Burbee, and Linda Eichor.


The Clara Straight raffle for Wild Sunflowers is still ongoing!

One ticket is $5, or 5 tickets for $20! The drawing will be April 14th, 2023.

The Kirksville Arts Association is happy to announce we are bringing back our classic event: A Tea to Remember!

The tea this year will be hosted at the Sue Ross Arts Center on Sunday, April 23rd, 2023. The tea will run from 2PM to 4PM, and tickets are $25 per person.

Take 3 will be performing Sunday, March 5th!

Our next upcoming exhibit is “A Sampler of Needlework.” This will include needlework of all types, with some pieces having been passed down many generations!

There will be a wonderful variety of needlework at the SRAC starting March 6th! More info very soon to come!
