New Exhibit: Dana Forrester – No Picasso!

Hello Kirksville!

We have great news! There is a new exhibit currently on display at the Sue Ross Arts Center.

We are featuring a Kirksville native: Dana Forrester!

Dana has been painting professionally since the early 70s. He’s exhibited in and won awards in most national and museum juried exhibitions and major art shows across the US.

You won’t want to miss this show! It will be on display at the SRAC from October 24th to November 23rd.

Meet Dana in person and talk about his works during the reception on Thursday, October 27th from 5:30 PM to 7PM!

Dana creates about ten to twelve major works a year for publication as well as a number of commissioned watercolors for collectors wanting an original painting of a subject special to them. His paintings are included in many private, corporate, and museum collections worldwide.
